“Had Emil as our driver: fantastic experience. Arrived promptly at 7am as requested. Nothing was too much for him. He arrived over 200 miles later quickly and with everything well looked after. Would definitely use Emil again, thanks Emil!”

“would give zero if I could, just don't bother with this company as they can't deliver, literally. I had booked a move this morning, they called to say their driver partner had pulled out and were looking into getting someone else lined up. On the phone with them all morning trying to find out what's happening as they were poor in keeping me updated so I had to keep calling for updates, i rearranged my times to make a later pick up possible and they keep assuring me they will get something sorted. One of the operatives I spoke to incorrectly put the same pick up and drop off time on the system, confusing and putting off any potential drivers. Eventually I'm advised that they could get someone but much too late at a time when my storage facility was shut. Just ineptitude every step of the way. So I was left without a mover”

“Van turned up was not big enough to carry all my furniture. So I had to carry my dining room chairs in my own vehicle. When unloading my furniture was treated with no respect or care , chips on most of the furniture. One of my bedside cabinets was damaged beyond repair. My bespoke river table was chipped. My wooden bed has chips all over it as do my wooden chairs. I'm appalled by the way my possessions have been treated. Stay away from this company if you value your possessions.”

“HORRENDOUS If you are looking for a moving company that shows up on the day you move to help move all your heavy items then look somewhere else. Booked 2 men & a van to remove 15 very heavy items, to show up at 10am (we had to be out by 1pm) no shows at 10.45 so rang the driver who advised he wouldnt get to us until 2pm!! So I called all other parties involved to push our house move back a little. I then got a call just before 2pm to say it would now be 6pm until they could get to us!!! No other drivers or vans available. Our buyers showed up wanting to get in, me & my partner to move a 3 bed house full of stuff. To say I was angry was an understatement. Got told we could cancel our booking but wouldn’t get any of the £350 we paid in full back. Rebook for the day after!!! What!!! This company is so lax. We did eventually get our refund, cancelled the job & moved our heavy items ourselves which we finished doing at midnight that evening we are now both suffering with bad backs which is why we thought we would pay someone to take all this stress & pain away in the first place!!! This company made the whole day horrendous & way harder than it should of been. AVOID”

“I suggest that if you can find another affordable van service, don’t come for the one from AnyVan. Their priorities are getting you to pay and book quickly but once that is done you would have a hard time contacting them. If you don't believe me, you can try contacting them for booking and also enquiring problems/questions.. you'll see the huge difference. The person who was taking my booking claimed that I can get into the van as passenger and follow them until they drop my things off at the designated location, it was so specific to the point I discussed and told the person who was taking my booking "You don't have to count my handbag since it will be with me when I follow the van right?" then he went "Yea yea, no problem at all... Shall we proceed with the booking?" (I am sure they have recorded the call and they can refer to this part if they want to twist words or something idk). However I only found out that isn't the case at all when the driver come take up my things. The driver told me that he don't have license to fetch people but things only and they are just not allowed to have another person in the van. "Because of them wanting to quickly get you to agree to booking and pay they just say yes to everything" that's what the driver said. I was stuck at one location until I can find a transport to the drop off location myself. It was such a mess and horrible experience! Putting 2 starts because the driver did a good job handling my things and being honest about the company 'agreeing to anything but not fulfilling it just because they want money quickly.' Don’t trust their sales person’s words, it ain’t accurate.”

“Ok, so the website is good and booking is easy. You get a phone call to confirm the details are correct and confirm your booking, all good so far. The day of the move arrives and collection takes place, it gets to 5pm and car has not arrived so I call up to be told it cannot be delivered today (after being assured it would be same day delivery and rescheduling my workload to ensure I was home to accept delivery). Vehicle arrived at 1pm the following day!!! Called Anyvan who offered £20 for the inconvenience which frankly is an insult after being a day late delivering and causing me to have time off work at short notice. Cannot recommend based on my experience.”

“Wasn’t clear that you have to iterm every piece of equipment so half my stuff was lefted outside and wasn’t taken, was told I need to pay another £200 after I paid already £200, I had only 2 more boxes and 4bags. Wouldn’t use this company again as moving is stressful enough!! You should be clear that you must name every iterm on purchasing man with a van”
