“So attentive and carried me along all through the process, they were gentle with my items and no dent or breakage and all items were put in individual room relieving me of future lifting. Highly recommend”

“First time I've had to look for or use a transport company for moving a vehicle a couple hundred miles. ANYVAN were prompt on time and delivered as expected. I was able totrack the driver and inform the repair centre that the vehicle was on its way to them. Fist class service, highly recommended and I'll use them again.”

Regarding time slots, wider collection windows help us keep costs lower by allowing more flexibility in scheduling. Narrower windows, like AM or PM only, do come at a higher cost as they require us to prioritise that job and build the rest of the route around it. “Disappointed by AnyVan – Financial and Emotional Losses After a “Premium” Move We hired AnyVan for what was supposed to be a full-service, premium move (ref: AV-8812773). Instead, we received a chaotic and careless experience — and we’re still dealing with the consequences. First, the company took an unreasonably long time to respond to our emails. When they eventually did, they offered apologies — but no meaningful solution. What we need is not just words, but financial compensation. The wardrobe boxes we paid for were never delivered — and we have not received a refund. Our own boxes were damaged because the movers didn’t bring the ones they were supposed to. One of the beds was incorrectly assembled, missing bolts and left unstable. We now have to hire someone else to fix it. Several of our belongings were scratched, crushed or broken due to lack of proper wrapping and stacking. This has resulted not only in stress and frustration, but real financial loss: we are out of pocket for missing items, repairs, and additional help we should never have had to arrange ourselves. We’ve shared all photos and videos, and we’ve spent a huge amount of time trying to resolve this. So far, we’ve received only a token gesture and vague promises. We cannot recommend AnyVan based on this experience. Think twice before trusting them with your move.”
