Easy to book. Lots of communication by text, WhatsApp and phone. Delivered on time by a cheery delivery man. Excellent, would recommend.

I was so pleased with the service from Anyvan. They were affordable, reliable and took great care with what they transported. There communication throughout the process was superb. I would 100% recommend them to everyone.

A relatively small job was handled very efficiently. The guys moved a large modular sofa, large coffee table and large stand lamp. Great job and would certainly use them again.

AMATEURS. Not a clue of what they are doing. They give you what looks like a good quote and then the day they arrive everything that doesn’t go in the card boxes (they themselves estimated) costs extra!!!!!!! Laundry basket? Extra. You have your own stuff boxed? Extra per box… and so on and so on… I had to call another company to finish my move for a decent price on top of the huge bill I had already paid to AnyVan. They aren’t clear about anything and my move was an absolute nightmare thanks to them.

To put this into perspective, two households with the same floor plan can have completely different items inside, and even within a two-bedroom apartment, the number, size, and type of items can vary significantly. Our estimates are offered as guidance, but what you book is ultimately based on your discretion to ensure it suits your needs. Extremely disappointing experience with AnyVan. What should have been a straightforward collection of three sofas, a dining table with chairs and a display cabinet turned into a stressful and uncomfortable situation from the moment the removal team arrived. The job had already been booked and paid for in advance at £450. However, instead of getting on with the work, the team immediately started scrutinising the size of the items and questioning everything. I was then told that I would need to pay an additional £250 for one extra item, something that had never been raised during the booking process. Being asked for more money once the movers are already at your door puts customers in a very difficult position and feels extremely unfair. What should have been a simple job suddenly became an argument over unexpected charges. The overall attitude from the team was negative from the start and the professionalism was lacking. Customer service sounded polite on the phone but were ultimately dismissive and offered very little help in resolving the situation. The whole experience left me feeling very uncomfortable about how this company operates. After reading other reviews, it seems I may not be the only person who has experienced similar issues. If this matter is not properly addressed, I will be escalating my complaint further through consumer channels and additional review platforms so others can make an informed decision before booking. I strongly recommend thinking twice before using this company.

I had organised a mattress and bed to be collected. I liked the way you could track when the delivery driver was near. They were professional, and had a friendly manner. The goods were delivered that evening in good condition. Would use again.

Window broken by moving team. Table broken. At least 3 other items scratched and chipped. Incredibly rude movers. Still no resolution by AnyVan. Unable to speak to complaints/claims team. No resolution. One star given because zero is not an option.

FIRSTLY - the team that arrived and did our move were excellent and need commendation but they were/ are nothing to do with AnyVan they were subcontracted. SECONDLY - AnyVan is NOT a removal company. It’s purely a marketing telephone front who quote through their website then tender and subcontract the actual move to anyone who replies to the bid. After specifically asking AnyVan about moving my 49” TV (just an ordinary LG) and included it with my household goods they said that they had all the equipment, agreed to and charged me for moving it. AnyVan do NOT have the required protective equipment to carry a TV nor insurance if it gets damaged - so quite rightly my team would not take it. I had to make an extra 4 hour round trip to finally take the TV that I had been charged for in my estate car. I had a call from AnyVan apologising and said they would look at refunding the fee and compensation for not moving the TV and would call me back. I am still waiting a week later - I don’t believe they will call back. Waste of space company I would not recommend AnyVan to anyone and now regret using them and am considering legal options against them. . Use them at your peril.

Car from Belfast to North Yorkshire. Very reasonable price, very competitive. Driver extremely knowledgeable and he kept me informed about his journey and what his expected ETA was going to be. Got car in condition I expected. Company was very good at communicating with me. All in all a very positive experience.
