“Really pleased with the items I ordered, especially the 'Potions in Bags' -they smell absolutely wonderful. The Christmas Candles 3 pack is okay and the Christmas Dog Towels are lovely. Quite disappointed that one item was out of stock and so not delivered, even though it was available when I ordered. Also very disappointed with the 'Free Gift worth £100'. This was a waste of time really as not relevant to what I had ordered and not good quality items. Overall though I would use this site again as I do love most of the products I ordered. Fairly quick delivery too.”

“One of the items was faulty so I contacted customer service via the website straight away. I spoke to Damian who was very helpful and the matter was sorted straight away with no quibbles. A very pleasant experience all round as this was my very first order and will definitely be back again when I'm needing more stock :)”

“I bought the square brick glass tea light holder for my son who used it at the passing of his favourite horse to celebrate his life and altho that sounds morbid it was very tasteful and they shared a glass of bubbly. he was thrilled with it and I will be buying more for presents and so will his colleagues, as they work for the Mare and Foal Sanctuary in Newton Abbot and have recently had an outbreak of the dreaded strangles in the stables. I am sure the horse (Albert) no longer suffers and the gift went a long way to ease my son's pain. Dolly”
