Your products are amazing, definitely a 5 star. Love that you are Fair Trade. I find your website difficult to navigate, sometimes I find gorgeous products I seem to have overlooked. Frustrating that so many products on the website are out of stock for such long periods. Have had some problems with late delivery. Customer care team very helpful but aren't always available when needed due to limited working hours,no weekends...that said you source amazing products that are high quality and really unusual

this is the second time ordered and each time there was something missing. I have emailed what I got was really good but I’m annoyed there was something missing I can’t do much with an empty box.

Very poor quality on some items .Far too much wellbeing stock . Used to stock some really good items but sadly not anymore

The order always arrives really quickly. Just a shame i ordered ,paid then they rang to say it was oos. Thats ok, i replaced it with something else. they rang back an hour later that was out too... would be brilliant all round if their system was updated.

Hi Jane, We are glad you orders arrive swiftly. Unfortunatley we do not have a real time system so items can appear instock but when the picker gets to the location in the warehouse it can be out of stock so then the website needs to be manually update. Service generally great, however it seems the essential oil bottles and lids I recently purchased seem to be leaking so I will need to investigate further or perhaps someone could get in touch with me. Many thanks

Quick but so efficient, my last 2 orders have had the same issue, re small boxes for 10ml roller balls and 10ml essential oils, although both 10ml they are actually different sizes and who ever is packing these keeps muddling up the order, I have twice had the wrong size boxes delivered and when I emailed never received a response. Luckily my orders are not very big yet as I am just trialing some new products, but if this was a large order I would be worried.

Place order, to then find out that they are out of stock of the items ordered!!!! Refund given. Place another order, again out of stock when the website clearly shows items are in stock!!!!! Finally got my 3rd order through, after going back and forth via email to find out what was actually in stock......... Order arrived, to then find some items are broken and the soap ordered has no scent, probably out of date!!!

I was happy with most of my items, however I was disappointed with the salt lamp. I didn't realise it didn't have three pronged plug - maybe an oversight on my part so I accept that but the bulb provided didn't fit the holder. I tried several bulbs and none of them would screw in so it appears there was a problem with the bulb holder being faulty. I ended up purchasing a new holder with English plug fitting and bulbs from amazon so it didn't make the lamp an economic buy.

Good quality products, reasonable prices and efficient service. I was, however, somewhat disappointed that an item I declined as part of a larger set, and with an RRP of £20, was not "replaced" by a little something. This lack of thoughtfulness definitely let down Customer Service on this occasion.

I love the products that are available however they let themselves down on quality sometimes and more frustratingly for a small business its still quite expensive and therefore unattainable. Customer services have been helpful.

I also left a note on your account to pay extra attention to the goods you order. I can see the photo of the wooden stools and we are contacting the suppliers regarding this. Excellent products and fast delivery. However, the shipment cannot be tracked, and 1/4 of my orders were either wrong or received not my order. I asked for a tracking number via email, and I got a reply after four days (on this day, the parcel was already delivered and returned due to another mistake).

I love all the ancient wisdom products, the customer service however is a different story. Especially the girl behind the live chat. Her 'help' was on the border of rudeness and did not show any sympathy or insight. I must say, I am still disappointed (in the customer service, not the products. Those are great).

I thought that when i ordered the soap wrapped, they would be individually wrapped, not 13 slices in one wrapping. I'm concerned that this way they don't have the ingredients on each bar of soap, and no I dont have time to copy and stick the copies on.

Price are very competitive however, when I received the delivery, the bottles were covered in dust. Also took me ages to unwrap everything because of the type of wrap that you use...way to much. One bottle of the Round Antique in Charcoal was faulty ( the charcoal fading was only on was side of the bottle) and can't be sold. Overall I'm please and I would be from you again

And please let us know if you'd like a replacement or a credit for it. As to the dust - many apologies for this; I will take this up with our warehouse manager. We switched from biodegradable bubble wrap to honeycomb paper - we do need to use a little more of it in order to protect fragile items in transit but it's much better for the environment, however I passed your comment to our warehouse team as well. Products I bought for years are suddenly are suddenly not available , twice now in in 2 weeks in I've ordered something and I got refund as it wasn to in stock although it said I to was. I emailed asking if I could preorder as that is acberised on my website and got no response. I've used aw for years and only be recently had probs getting my stock or products

Hi, Thank you for leaving us a review. I'm really sorry that we have been unable to fulfil the entirety of your recent orders. Unfortunately due to worldwide supply shortages and ongoing shipping delays that are out of out control, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to obtain stock and due to this, we are unable to accept pre-orders. I can see that the items you have been refunded for currently have a purchase order in place with the supplier that is scheduled to complete around the beginning of next year. We advise in our terms and conditions that we will automatically process a refund for any out of stock items that are less than 20% of the order total and that if you would like us to contact you on every out of stock item then we need to be notified of this.
