“We at 4Generations have been selling metaphysical and esoteric products for the past 6 years and started business with just a few products from AW. Since then we have remained a keen customer and always keep an eye out for new products AW introduce. The staff team are friendly and always helpful when we call with an enquiry. There has been a few items you no longer sell and others we have waited some time to return in stock, having saying that you always have alternative products in place and we have the option of live chat with the team. “I love your range and quality of products and I am impressed at the lengths you go to source the unusual. My customers comment favourably on the range I stock. Your emails are always well read and keep me well informed of new products. The only problem I find is that when I place an order I find that many products are out of stock which is very frustrating, especially if I am re-ordering a product which my customers have requested. I realise that many of your products from abroad will be difficult to re-order, but I have recently ordered the bath bombs which I found most of them out of stock. I am not sure if I am unlucky each time I order or if this is being experienced by other customers.”

“When I got my order without the lemongrass I nearly had a heart attack... Guess which scent I needed most. I read your note , I had a cuppa and all was well with the world. “Pink poodle bags were NOT satisfactory as the eyes and nose were not attached safely also the shoulder straps all came unstitched very poorly made and cannot be retailed until repaired a as will not pass safety standards”
