Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that your order was not received earlier. Unfortunately, following two failed delivery attempts due to shop closures, the courier’s standard procedure is to return the parcels to sender. We sincerely apologise that this occurred and that it caused further delays to your delivery. As the courier then took an extended period of time to return the order to us, we arranged for your order to be resent again using an alternative courier to avoid any further issues. This matter has also been formally reported to the courier’s account manager, and we are working with them to ensure this does not happen again in the future. “Christmas nightmare! We waited over 20 days for a delivery through APC which was dispatched on 21/11. One out of 3 boxes arrived yesterday 9/12/25 absolutely smashed, the other two still missing. My store manager wasted about 4 days at home waiting for deliveries that never came. APC said they could not deliver during normal shop hours 10-6pm every day. This has cost me several hundred £ on wasted wages. In 16 years of running the shop it’s the worst experience ever!”

“I had always been happy with the products and service in the past, so was happy to come back and purchase some tumble stones again. This time however, I was sold not just the wrong stones, but stones that were falsely labeled as something they were not. It took numerous telephone calls and emails taking just over 2 weeks before this was dealt with. It is another 2 weeks on and I still haven't been refunded.”

“I really like A W they have a fab choice of unique, ethically sourced gifts which are perfect for my new shop. Delivery is always fast. I have dropped a star because of recent communication. I've sent the same email twice and still no reply which is very frustrating. They are usually quite good with replies and always resolves any issues promptly. I understand it's a busy time, but it is for all of us retailers as well.”
