“Ancient Wisdom Wholesale is good, I wish I could say the same about the drop shipping service, which used to be great but now it's appalling. It's a shame as it used to be a good back up option”

“I really like A W they have a fab choice of unique, ethically sourced gifts which are perfect for my new shop. Delivery is always fast. I have dropped a star because of recent communication. I've sent the same email twice and still no reply which is very frustrating. They are usually quite good with replies and always resolves any issues promptly. I understand it's a busy time, but it is for all of us retailers as well.”

“Everything went well from order to deliver. Unfortunately 4 lavenders, 2 arrived spilt in the packet. It appears that the tops were not tightened enough. I have photo images which will send to you in due”

“Was happy with delivery but disappointed with one of the soap bars. The mandarin and honey bar was paler than previous ordered which may be why the scent wasn’t strong as before. So sadly I won’t be or seeing again”

“I have been buying flying bamboo dragons for many years, always get excited about selling them as so many people are surprised by them . however this new batch I have just received are not as well made as normal I have had to Re glue the rope bands and also regular a wing sand down some of the wings to as they were very coarse. There balance is also very out . Shame as I love my flying dragons. A little disappointed 🥺”

“I would usually leave a 5 star review for ancient wisdom, however I’ve found the quality of a couple of items to be not up to their usual standards. Delivery times have also been much slower recently, which isn’t handy when you have a busy shop, with customer demands. Customer service are 5 ⭐️ though, always quick to reply and help with questions.”

“One of the tea pots was smashed to bits, but the rest of the delivery was fine. I find it’s not worth sending one item back for a refund as the postage would cost as much as the breakage.”

“Had a couple of deliveries recently and some of the boxes were a little crushed some of the bouquets were flat where they had been packed on top of each other so l needed to straighten them up packing needs looking at l think”

“I placed quite a large order recently and arrived very quickly. The order was well packed as usual and love the eco packaging they use. I discovered two items that were faulty but the issue was quickly remedied with options on how we resolved it which was great. Customer services were great to liaise with.”

“Recently placed my first order with Ancient Wisdom and was mostly pleased with everything I bought. Dropped one star as I had two bottles of base oils turn up rancid but other than that, everything else was good and I received refunds for both oils very promptly.”

“Love the idea of the spell candles. Look good and smell great. My only feedback wood be because they are so tall as they burn down they might get harder to light the wick. Otherwise great product”

“The EO's are good quality and reasonably priced. Maybe the 'no lable' range could be extended for instance, that would make life a little easier. But on the whole, good products”
