“Really happy with the swift delivery and all products were present and intact. However, I was a bit disappointed that 2 of the 3 Erotic Massage Candles I ordered came in ORANGE Love Heart shaped pots instead of the RED pots as shown on the website?? Also, one of the Teak bowls had the brown wrapping paper it was sent in stuck to the surface of thr bowl which I had to spend some time carefully trying to t get off without marking the wood. My first order so mixed feelings at the moment. ....”

“all the products are lovely and i was very happy to have my order delivered on the date i requested, although i was hoping the products would come with more detailed information about what they are good for , also a few bits were slightly damaged that i have to now sell of cheaper however i will be ordering from you again soon as generally very impressed .”

“Good online ordering, had to extra for delivery to Inverness however delivery was within 2 days. Some damaged items found on receipt with prompt adise notification to AW the items were credited to my account. Overall I am very happy with the service.”

“I feel that as the company and range of goods grows the quality is taking a hit, trying to keep costs down. My last parcel contained goods that were ok, but the packaging was 'cheap and nasty' and meant that I couldn't sell the goods. For the sake of a little extra care and attention, a little better quality goods, you may not have as many returns as you probably get now.”

“Your company has all we need for the promotion of our EUCALYPTUS AFRICA VALUE CHAIN AGAINST CLIMATE CHANGE, DEFORESTATION AND POVERTY IN AFRICA. We have an eucalyptus growing programme in Africa in order to give opportunity to the peasants to become richer so they couldn't destroy again the natural forest. To promote this tree we need to go through the by-products: soap, essential oil etc. We're campaigning against mosquitoes by using E.citriodora essential oil and maybe your ball lemon soap. Thanks again”
