“I don't really have any constructive criticism to add, everything went well as always. My order arrived in good time and I was kept up to date with its progress, I was even sent a delivery time from your courier which helps a lot. Top class!”

“I have recently ordered glassware which was showing in stock but there were no stocks of it left. The glassware goes out of stock for a very long time and when it comes back into stock I can only order a small quantity. Very frustrating”

Hi Denise, Thank you for your review. The glass candle holders have been out of stock for a while indeed. They come from China, we checked with our supplier and the next delivery is due in Summer 2015. Kind regards, Katka

“We have been using AW for years. They are always helpful nothing it is too much trouble. The stock is of the utmost quality and they are always providing new stock for us all to have a look at it. I particularly like the new floral water and the wedding favours. There is something for every one. Keep up the good work and a special thanks to Kerry for sorting my order out the other day.”

“We have been using Ancient Wisdom for about a year and a half now. They provide excellent goods and supply an excellent service. If anything gets broken in transit they sort it out as soon as you inform them. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much for them. “I have been a regular customer for over four years now, always a great service, always brilliant products at really competitive prices. Staff are really friendly and helpful dealing quickly and efficiently on the rare occasion i have had any problems with my order. The new upgrades to the website are helpful - the emails when an item is back in stock. The staff are very knowledgeable about the top sellers etc - helpful when stocking a new line. “I cannot fault ancient wisdom. Great choice, great service and every delivery feels like christmas! I love the emails keeping us up to date with whats going on and that really does make you, as a customer, feel involved and valued. Yes I have had orders go wrong and yes I've had to get in touch to sort them out but EVERY time this is done quickly, easily, politely and effortlessly. Its the customer service as much as the products that bring me back to ancient wisdom each time. Quite simply - I love spending (sometimes hours) browsing for my customers and usually spend more on lovely things for me than I do for them! THANK YOU for such fab service :) Ps if David needs anyone to join him on his trips around the world you know where to fine me!!!..... :)”

Hi Tomas, Thank you for your review. I am sorry about that. We can contact you if something is out of stock, I've added this option to your account. Some of our products are sourced directly from manufactures India, China, Indonesia etc. The majority of them are hand crafted from family run businesses. And it can take quite a while until our order is ready to be shipped. We also are working on a better system which would identify and forecast the product lines that need reordering and minimize the number of out of stocks. Kind regards, Katka

“In several years of dealing with Ancient Wisdom, I cannot remember any problem with orders and deliveries. Orders are executed efficiently and deliveries are prompt. On very few occasions when I had to contact Ancient Wisdom, I have found every person I have talked to very polite and handles ant query I had on a most efficient manner.
