“Delivery is usually very quick, packaging can be excellent but at times not so good. Quality of goods also varies from excellent to, at times, poor. Customer care is always excellent. Range of goods is fascinating. Web site needs time to work out what is where - you can miss items. All in all a very good company to trade with - the whole team from David downwards put in a lot of effort to make it work.”

Hi George, Thank you for your review. The stock control is one of our ongoing projects. We are trying our best to keep the stocks up to date on the website. Occasionally it may happen that a product becomes out of stock by the time your order is ready. If more than 20% of items ordered are out of stock we will get in touch with a customer. “What can I say about this company? Well, it is one of the few suppliers, that makes you feel as if they actually do care. Not just about profit, but give the impression that you are a valued "family" member. Goods are well packaged. Delivery is fast and efficient. And if you have to chat with any member of staff on the phone, they come across as if nothing is too much bother. In this day and age, that in itself is a breathe of fresh air. The product range is brilliant, I only have one problem with it. That is because my best selling items are men's shaving soaps and beard oils. Yes, I do know men can use some of the oils already for sale on the site. BUT if it doesn't say shaving or beard oil on a label, then a lot of people back away very quickly. They feel safe with labels. :) And the shaving sets on here do not have refills available, so I have cancelled orders, once they find that out. Shaving soaps, in a shape that fits into a shaving bowl are very popular and getting harder and harder to find. Other than that I think this company is world class. Friendly happy staff, mean that the "management" have got things right. If the staff are smiling, then the company will go from strength to strength. And I love the news letters, and the stories from overseas. It's nice to feel included. And a nice 5 minute break from working. Spot on for making your customers feel part of this companies journey.”

“your spinner rings have a problem which I reported on 21st Feb the day I received them----I was told you would look into it but heard nothing back----rang today and you knew nothing about it so I arranged to send them back to you for a replacement if you can find me some rings that do spin properly----so it was not good that the young lady who took my initial complaint actualy did not make a note of it or action it”

“generally good service, but there is no advance notification of what is not in stock after the order, only when the parcel is rec'd, and that makes it difficult to know whether you are getting what you need. also the incentives to order regularly are 'a con' - I opted for a 'gift' of stock instead of wine this time, and was sent items that were obviously unsaleable.”

“Every order I have placed has had at least one thing damaged or broken. I have emailed at the weekend and sent photos and am awaiting replacements. I have advised that for your heavy items eg salt lamps the boxes used are not strong enough (again see photo sent)”

Hi Lynn, Thank you for your review. I checked with our customer services and the replacement has been done and will be dispatched today. I spoke to our purchasing department re the salt lamps.
