“hi I love your products and would buy more but I find that once I select something with all the handling and extra charges involved it usually ends up being quite expensive to buy. I am a new small business just starting up and I would be quite stretched for funds so it leaves me at a disadvantage in ordering small amounts from yourselves. apart from that I find your services and website very good.”

Hi Jean, Thank you for such a nice review. Regarding our minimum order this is £50 and it is mainly to discourage the general public from ordering. We run a Gold Reward scheme and basically if you reorder within 1 month since your last order you become automatically Gold Reward member. “I Cannot complain about the service that Ancient Wisdom provide , to their online customers , but i was very unlucky with the items that i had ordered most of the goods arrived broke / smashed / damaged , even with the replacements , also were damaged or was out of stock .I was credited for one of the item's out of stock , nothing on damaged goods .”

“I have been using Ancient Wisdom now for 8 years mainly for the simmering granules and bath salts. My customers love the massive range of scents and quality of the granules and have never had a complaint. I love the gold reward that Ancient Wisdom offer and take advantage of it as often as possible... I don't know any other wholesaler that rewards its customers like this and it certainly encourages me to make the most of the discounts that they offer. Great quality, customer service and speedy delivery and even on the very rare occasion I have had a problem Ancient Wisdom have bent over backwards to resolve it. I look forward to another 8 years of buying from them, and loving the look of the new site and new range of items that they keep adding. x x x”

“The only reason I'm not saying 5 stars is because there's a frustrating amount of items "out of stock" on their website, which has seriously curtailed my orders. That said, this is only as frustrating as it is because their products are good quality. The same goes for packaging, customer service and speed of delivery.”
