“Every order I have placed has had at least one thing damaged or broken. I have emailed at the weekend and sent photos and am awaiting replacements. I have advised that for your heavy items eg salt lamps the boxes used are not strong enough (again see photo sent)”

Hi Lynn, Thank you for your review. I checked with our customer services and the replacement has been done and will be dispatched today. I spoke to our purchasing department re the salt lamps. These come already packed by our supplier. We will talk to them and try to improve the packaging of the big salt lamps. I am sorry for any trouble you've had. Kind regards, Katka

“I have just recently started to sell gift baskets and bags, filled with your awesome scented soaps, the loaves, the bombs, the hearts and candles and many many more products from AW. The baskets are absolutely fantastic. I was very impressed with the way that AW packed the goods, because everything was received carefully wrapped up and perfect. My only dissappointment is that the courier charge to Gibraltar is very expensive as you treat it as zone 6 which is rest of the world. I don't really understand it as Gibraltar is in Europe. In this respect, have to get the goods delivered to Spain where the charge is only £25.00 and then the hassle to get the goods delivered to Gibraltar. The courier has to do 4 destinations to deliver to Spain but if the courier would deliver to Gibraltar if will only be 2 destinations ie Leeds to Gatwick and Gatwick to Gibraltar, how can this way be more expensive. Could this be looked into please.”

Hi Katharine, Thank you for your feedback. I am glad that you like the products. I spoke to our export department about the shipping prices to Gibraltar. We use a variety of couriers and checked their prices. The shipping rates to Gibraltar are much higher than to Spain. Unfortunately that's why we can't include it in the same zone with Spain and the shipping is available by quotation only. Re delivering of a parcel: once a parcel is picked up by the courier, it goes through their own distribution network. We can track the shipment, but are unable to change its route.
