“I have purchased several items from Alz for my elderly mother and aunt. The reason I go back time and again is partly because despatch is prompt but primarily if anything is not quite right, there is always someone who takes ownership and ensures the issue is resolved. Their products suit a much broader audience than the company name suggests. I think a name change would bring the benefits that this organisation offers to a much wider audience of those in need of such services.”

“The Day Clock I bought for my father is very well made, easy to read and does exactly what I hoped it would. I had a small technical query and phoned the number on the instruction leaflet. The very polite person on the end of the line was unable to help as I had not bought the product directly. However, when I phoned AlzProducts I got excellent technical support straight away. It might be useful to indicate (somewhere on the packaging?) the number to phone if help is needed for AlzProducts items.”

“We ordered a radio from AlzProducts which did not work in our elderly relative's area. We returned this to AlzProducts (at their expense) and they sent another radio, which also didn't work. We returned this one to AlzProducts (at their expense) and then ordered the DAB version from them, which is great. Throughout the process AlzProducts were very helpful and I would recommend using them to anyone who needs dementia related equipment.”
