“This day clock helps us both. It's a really clever device, simple to set up and run. Now we both know what day it is - thereby avoiding frustration. Everyone who doesn't do a full time job should have one, as once you retire it's easy to get confused as to which day it actually is. A 'must have'!!!”

“The calendar is BIG and CLEAR to read, everything is easy to set - I love it! My mother needed the calendar more than the clock but the clock is perfectly fine and easy to read analogue. Yes, very pricy but it's kinda well made, easy to set, looks good, tidy looking. Parcel arrived safely; well packaged. Would recommend.”

“Does what it says on the tin & much easier for Mum to use than the 2 remotes it replaced. Was easy to programme for both TV & Virgin box & took only about 5 mins. Works just fine. The only negative about the remote is it's shape & the odd shape of the vol/ch buttons. It's not the most comfortable thing in your hand & feels a bit awkward.”

“The pictures are beautiful and the puzzles are well made - but the pieces are a bit 'stiff' for mum so I sometimes have to just help her slot them together. Also - I mis-judged her abilities and 63 pieces is quite a challenge - but I give her the pieces in thirds which works pretty well.”

“The Clock arrived with in a couple of days. Mum gets confused ,she does not know what day of the week it is. Although she has blister packs for her medication,she was still taking the wrong days pills. This clock has been a god send,she now knows what day and time it is. Great !”

“The remotes were purchased for an 89 year old with severe glaucoma to operate. The simplified remote allows her to turn channel up and down and same with volume. I wish I had just purchased the really simplified version of the remote without the numbers on though as she still try’s to push the other buttons. It took me a couple of goes to set up the remote but once I had worked it out it was easy. Would be ideal for most elderly relatives.”

“Couldn't get remote to pair with the free view box, spent several hours at the weekend trailing back and forth to my elderly mother who doesn't have dementia but has never been good with technology. Read all the instructions and reviews online for help but nothing would work, gave up in the end as she said she didn't want a new remote anyhow! I'm sure it's a brilliant product.”

“Only the time is really clear. Unless the clock is positioned in a place with no light or shadows ,it can be difficult to see the rest of the information as the underlining characters show. Everything needs to be in the bold type.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer is unhappy with the visibility of this clock. The Viso10 is a battery powered calendar clock and doesn't have a backlit display. This does mean that the readability of the clock can be less than some of our mains powered digital clocks with backlit displays. We do have a 30 day returns policy so if readability is an issue please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team who can discuss alternative options and the return/exchange process.
