My father suffers from dementia and could not work tv. I installed sky so he could watch football but sky remote control was too complicated for him.. I programmed the new remote with on/off button and his favourite 20 sky channels and he can browse through them all without worrying about menus. Fantastic product which has given him back some independence and can keep him occupied throughout the day.
