“Good price and service from alzpro. The phone however could be better laid out. Confusing for me , let alone for someone with dementia issues. (Purchased for my mother in law) There are a lot of extra buttons along the bottom, aswell as all the picture and memory buttons. In itself confusing, but the symbols on these buttons aren't easy to understand! I can't remember exactly which symbol is for what, but one of the obvious ones is the Redial button. Marked up with a symbol (can't remember what it is now) but next to it is a button with a capital R! That would seem to be the logical one for redial? Anyway, I have made stickers to go over the buttons to make it easier for my mil. Just disappointed that, in my view, the product does not seem to have been designed for the target user.
