“Product description is exactly what it says. Appears to be simple and easy to use. The proof will be if call outs are less than they have been from my mother telling me tv is broken. So far so good but only had it one day!”

“Bought 2 of these for a customer to use in her elderly mothers home, very quick and easy to fit, I fitted one over a cooker unit (double socket size) but found it very awkward to use so swapped them over but with same result. Very difficult to open you have to be careful to turn the key only a little then with other hand apply a little pressure sideways from key side towards the right. Only discovered this after a few goes and finding that turning the key does not cause the cover to spring open. Demonstrated this to the ladys' son-in law and as it has been only a couple of days since fitting I am waiting feedback myself. John JW ELECTRICALS”

“A lot of thought has gone into the jigsaw. The steam train was perfect for my husband and it was lovely to see him attempting to place the large pieces in the right places. I have had to sandpaper a few of the edges to enable them to fit together more easily, but that only took a few minutes. I think he will do it many times. The Paint project was also excellent. Really good quality paper and clear, strong outlines that were interesting for both sexes. I shall photocopy several of the pictures onto cartridge paper so he can paint them as often as he likes. Many thanks.”

“Website easy to use. Delivery prompt. Product Dayclox LCD Watch Model WT6090 a fantastic idea but the contrast on the screen isn't great for my mother's sight and the DAY's could have been abbreviated eg MON, TUES etc and then written bigger. The watch does what it says on the can but it is only a start and could be brilliant if developed further (lfewer visible buttons, better screen contrast, simple, simple operation once programmed).”

“I bought an automatic pill dispenser for my dad. I called him after a day of using it. He told me it hadn't worked and no pill had come out. However, the day indicator had changed and no pill so he must have taken it ???? so far so good.”

“I am very pleased with the clock. It is very clear and does everything required to give my mother confirmation at any time the date and day and time. I agree for the money it does not look great as a white plastic clock but having said that I am very pleased with the clock and the display. Even more importantly my Mum is very happy with it. “I know this sounds a bit crazy but I'm not allowed to have pets in the place I live, so I bought one of these 'pets' to compensate! I love my little ginger kitten & I don't even have to feed him! The way these 'breathe' is amazingly life-like - I keep expecting him to have a stretch or something.”

“Didn't think mum (103) would like Twiddle cat- but she seems very contented with it! All the benefits of a cat but no feeding or claws! She loves turning it over and over, marvelling afresh each time that one of the twiddly bits appears. Good hand warmer as well.”
