“I brought this dementia clock for my Mum and Step dad who often don't remember what day of the week it is. Unfortunately Mum was not happy with the cost of the clock or the fact that I suggested she suffered with dementia so I am now the proud owner of the clock which looks lovely in my kitchen and I will miss it should she decide in the future that it is easier to look at this clock rather than ask a neighbour what day it is because in her opinion there is nothing wrong with her. Happy days!”

“Very clever idea. My mother who is in a nursing home was calling emergency services with her normal phone. This enables people to keep in contact without the fear of her making nuisance calls. My only negative point would be that it isn't loud enough. As most old people have hearing problems this item would benefit from being doubled with volume control or to be designed for people with hearing problems.”

“Day Clox My husband used to ask me 10-20 times a day to tell him what the date and day of the week were. This clock does that for him without humiliating him, and it clearly makes him feel more secure and comfortable. It is expensive (although Alzheimer patients don't have to pay the VAT), but I wish we had bought this clock a year ago when he was first diagnosed with Alzheimer's. It would have made our lives a lot easier.”

“The service was excellent, the person that dealt with me was helpful and well informed. The parcel arrived on time, and well wrapped. I bought the clock for my brother for Xmas, so it hasn't been opened or tried yet, but I was assured by Thomas ( the person who dealt with me) that if there are any problem it can be returned after Christmas. “I found the web-site easy to navigate and the on-line ordering process straightforward. As someone living overseas and wanting a delivery made to a UK address, it was a relief that there was no problem in entering a New Zealand billing address and a UK delivery address. I have often found this to be a problem with other sites and have given up on the order as a consequence. The order acknowledgement and tracking process worked very well and meant I knew exactly when I could check with family in the UK that they had indeed received the product.”
