“Description of product and photo excellent on website. Easy to order online. Kept informed of order status by email. Product arrived day before it was due. Instructions simple. When setting photo buttons I misread instructions and rang help desk. Quick answer. Very helpful help desk operator who rang me back on my mobile and talked me through the process. Excellent service. Very pleased with the product. Took phone to Mum who decided she didn't recognise the photos!! - very annoying as I had gone through photo album day before and she recognised everyone. I then labelled the photos and she decided she couldn't read them. I just told her to press any of the buttons and speak to whoever and they would contact me. Alzheimer dimentia is an awful disease. N”

“I ordered the product for my mother.It arrived promptly and I found the instructions quite straight forward.It took me about 10 mins to programme the control for use and my mother(aged 92) is able to use it without problem.We are very pleased with it.”

“The day clock is a great invention it has really helped my mother with dementia who was getting up in the night thinking it was morning. She now gets a full nights sleep. Only criticism is the wire is too short.”

“Digital day clock pricey but brilliant. My father has it by his chair and he likes the 'friendly message'. I wanted to change the times - although the instruction leaflet didn't cover that topic, when I rang the manufacturer a very helpful man talked me through the steps required.”

“The calendar clock I bought for my 89 year old father is just exactly what we needed. He doesn't have Alzheimers but he does get very confused about the days of the week and month. Especially in winter. It was very easy to set up - you just plug it in - a convenient size and is clear and easy to read. Whether he remembers to look at it is another matter ... but the carers like it! It came very quickly and I am very impressed with the service.”

“This is a great visual aid and provides my wife with a wake up reminder of the day and time etc.Initially I have it placed by her bedside table but the slight downside to this is that despite the automatic dimmer timing,the brightness is still rather too much to allow an entirely undisturbed sleep.Having said that,my current work around is to simply place it down on the floor at the bedside until I bring her morning tea. It's a matter of individual taste but probably the best location is a central place like the kitchen as this would provide the necessary reminder throughout the entire day.”

“Bought 2 of these for a customer to use in her elderly mothers home, very quick and easy to fit, I fitted one over a cooker unit (double socket size) but found it very awkward to use so swapped them over but with same result. Very difficult to open you have to be careful to turn the key only a little then with other hand apply a little pressure sideways from key side towards the right. Only discovered this after a few goes and finding that turning the key does not cause the cover to spring open. Demonstrated this to the ladys' son-in law and as it has been only a couple of days since fitting I am waiting feedback myself. John JW ELECTRICALS”
