“Excellent product. Performed exactly as required. A screw fitting on the battery and accessory locations would eliminate the necessity to tape up these positions to prevent loss and damaged caused by the user. It would be a perfect combination if the USB could be located internally and made to work with a one button press.”

“3 days after placing my order I tried to track its delivery. I was unable to do so and sent a e mail asking for help. The following day I received a phone call. One of the staff had forgot to contact me to say only part of my order - something easily done at this busy time of year - I was given a refund of the unavailable item and a refund of postage and express delivery the following day for any inconvenience caused on the items available. Excellent service - wish may other firms were so honest and straight forward.”

“I ordered a book for christmas for my 87 year old mother about the 1940's which was her "decade". The service and despatch was very good but when the book arrived I was so disappointed. The print in the book is so tiny it will be impossible for my mother to read it apart for the headlines. It should have been such a great present as her short term memory has gone and she often talks about her teenage years in the 1940's but I am sure it will be cast aside with all her other books which she cannot now read. This gift sold by the Alzheimer's Society is obviously aimed at elderly people, a lot of whom will have failing eyesight and I feel it is not fit for purpose. It should definitely be made much clearer in the description of the book that the print is very very tiny”

“My mother,aged 90, who has vascular dementia was delighted with her twiddle cat. She used to to have a cat and sits with it happily on her knee. She especially likes the long ribbons to fiddle with and it keeps her hands occupied as she was always doing something whether it was sewing, gardening or decorating before. She always finds the ball with the smiley face on it, which is in the centre of the cat, a lovely surprise! Overall,it was a great choice for her birthday.”
