“Recently bought a Roberts Digital radio - with a one button conversion on the top it, for my elderly mum and dad who find it hard to operate anything complex due to their Alzheimer's. The product arrived the next day and actually has the words 'radio' stenciled on it, which is a big help as it reminds them what it is! silly I know, but someone has thought it through. Highly recommend this product and the friendly service.”

“Bought 2 products, both of which have considerably improved my father-in-law's life. TV remote which means he can watch TV without accidentally deleting all the channels and calling us to go round and fix it. And a digital clock/calendar which means he is able to cope with medication independently. We are in the early stages of his dementia, and we will certainly be looking to AlzProducts to help us as it progresses.”

“Mum was struggling with days and time so after a bit of research on the web I rang AlzProducts. The person I spoke to had a friendly manner and happily discussed the various features of your clocks you supply which meant I was able to buy the most suitable one for my mum. The web site was easy to use, I was able to buy the clock VAT free by filling in a relatively simple form (a big plus) and the goods were received promptly. All in all a satisfied customer.”

We're sorry to hear that Michael was unhappy that he hadn't yet received his items. When Michael placed his order the items the items were showing as out of stock, and the order was shown as a backorder. We did also contact Michael (before his review was left) to provide him with a delivery date, which we also met. However we do understand that waiting for out-of-stock products can be frustrating and we're currently in the process of implementing a better system for placing preorders on our website. “Can not thank and praise this company enough. After a small mix up with my address, a nice polite and helpful phone call, they sent me another Geemarc Radio Controlled Calendar Clock before they got theirs back. The clock is marvellous. No more panicking rush across town just to tell my step-mother what day it is, because she has trouble speaking over the phone since her stroke,”
