“I just purchased a flipper having waited several months for a model that is compatible with SkyQ. I was told model v6 was, it isn't. Currently swapping emails with the Flipper help desk. Not easy due to the time difference. I'm still hopeful a solution will be found.”

They also provided a pre-paid returns (label via email) which made the whole process fast and uncomplicated. Phone returned and replacement received in less than a week.”

“The Aquapaint were great, and although I can see the picture underneath, Mum can not so there is an element of surprise as it is revealed. The jigsaw is a bit of a tight and Mum requires assistance to fit the pieces together, but she has generally managed well. Great to have found resources that Mum can access at her stage of Alzmeimer's.”
