“Mum loved this and really concentrated on her painting. She won’t remember by tomorrow so the fact that she can paint them all over again makes it a perfect gift for her. Also she loves the birds and gardens A great birthday gift when appropriate gifts are hard to find for Mum.”

We're sorry that our customer is unhappy with their delivery and also the response time of our customer service team. “Hurray! I’ve just bought an appliance that my Mum with dementia is able to use and is very happy with. I’ve had less success with other ‘dementia’ products. There were a few initial problems setting it up but AlzProducts were quick to respond and help. Mum is very pleased to be able to listen to music again.”

“I bought this for my gran because her care home had bought some, which were very popular with some of the residents including my gran - but worth noting not all dementia sufferers respond to them. Amazingly one lady in the home who hadn’t spoken for two years starting talking to one of the cats. I wanted my gran to have some permanent ‘company’ during lockdown. My only reservation was that the fur was quite a low quality material and there were already some little bald patches including above the eye - I probably could have asked for a replacement but wanted to be sure I could give it to her on her birthday.”

“Unfortunately I have to give only one star as the radio I ordered from you has still not arrived. It was ordered and paid for on the 22/04/2020 we informed it would arrive on the 29/04/2020 . I have left a message on your phone and sent an email but had no response from you. The radio is for mother who is in lockdown in a nursing home where they are having problems with there tv signals so she has no entertainment so I would be very grateful for your help . Many thanks Valerie Constable”
