“This radio is just what my mother needed. Just the ability to turn on and off. No getting stressed when she turns the wrong knob thinking she's turning the volume down when in fact retuning arggh...And I do have to say the customer service was great in advising that the USB function was not working as it should because my memory stick was too large....big not always better. 4gb storage is the limit and saved me from writing a negative to a highly positive review. Thanks again.”

“I ordered the Flipper TV remote control for my 92 year old mother. She mastered it quite quickly and it is so much easier to use than ordinary remotes. Big clear buttons, good contrasting colour, and the numbers can be hidden behind a cover to stop accidental pressing. AlzProducts also sent it very quickly, which not all companies are able to do during the pandemic. I would recommend both the product and AlzProducts”
