“Never received my order. Placed the order on a Thursday and paid for a Saturday delivery (Friday was a bank holiday). Still nothing received by the following Tuesday, so I cancelled the order. To be fair my refund was issued immediately.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer was unhappy with the delivery service provided. Unfortunately this order was placed after our cut-off time of 4pm one working day before Saturday. We do try to make this clear on our product and basket pages and also include an estimated delivery date on the basket page and in our order confirmation emails. The estimated date for this order was the next Saturday (and not the date the customer thought the delivery was scheduled on) - We always try to make our dates as clear as possible and will work on improving the clarity of this information for Saturday deliveries. “Bought this item to replace cordless phones that my mother, who has dementia, keeps leaving off the hook or forgets to put them back on the charging stations. These phones are great, easy to use, clear and loud enough that she can hear the caller far better than her old ones. Very pleased 😌”

“Hurray! I’ve just bought an appliance that my Mum with dementia is able to use and is very happy with. I’ve had less success with other ‘dementia’ products. There were a few initial problems setting it up but AlzProducts were quick to respond and help. Mum is very pleased to be able to listen to music again.”
