“Bought for 93 year old Mum-in-law who sadly suffers with memory loss & dementia. She loves it. And repeatedly picks it and looks through it 😌 It provokes lots of memories for her and she loves telling us. I do wish it wasn’t so large so MiL could hold it easier. But this does not effect what a great book it is. I would highly recommend this for anyone who lived through or loves the 1940’s.”

“The fur is not soft and areas near the paws are matted almost as if melted. The area near the battery is poorly attached and again rough cut around the battery area underneath- looks cheap and thrown together. The puppy’s heart/ sleeping sound is very low therefore making it motorised sounding, overall the product is cheaply made and not cute.”

We're sorry to hear our customer was disappointed with the Black Labrador Puppy. The puppy is designed to simulate the motion of breathing. There is a noise, but this is a soft mechanical sound when the chest rises and falls, which can sometimes be interpreted as breathing. We do have a 30-day returns policy, so the puppy can be returned for a refund. Please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to get this booked into our system.

“we bought the one button radio for my mother-in-law who is 99 and almost blind. She's in a care home. She can manage the button! Hurray! But has some difficulty in understanding speakers. We hope she'll get used to it. We've set it to her favourite radio station - radio scotland. She may get a hearing aid. I'd just like to say that your delivery courier (DPD?) was very poor. The parcel arrived with two labels to two different addresses. It was only by luck we managed to get it. But I know you were ready to send a substitute if we didn't succeed. And you responded very promptly. I'm impressed.”
