“The product (touch sensitive mat) is excellent - very easy to set up. Works well. Easy to use. Customer service was also excellent. I rang to check product was in stock and to ask if there was any chance the product could be sent with some urgency due to personal circumstances, and customer services couldn't have been more helpful.”

“This has changed my dad’s ability to use the tv. What an excellent device. It’s not 100% perfect. Every week or so, he manages to do something he’s not supposed to, but I’ll happily take that over how it was before. I’d highly recommend this for dementia sufferers.”

“The idea is really good but looked very complicated to set up when I opened the box. I also realised if you set the box to dispense every 4 hours and you slept through the alarm for an hour say then the next set of tablets would not have a 4 hour gap.”

We were going to contact the customer directly to offer help to resolve this but the customer has already returned the product for a refund.

“Great face and easy to operate 'voice'. It should make a big difference to my husband and allow him to be able to continue to know the time independently. Unfortunately we are having to buy a new strap for the watch as the one supplied is a bit too tight.”

“It's the 2nd year I've bought this for my mother who had a stroke. Its bigger print makes it easy to read and one day at a time saves confusion. My only slight issue is the card that holds the calendar up gradually weakens and spreads so by October it's more horizontal and more difficult to read.”
