“Nice product at good price and great service from AlzProducts. Dropped a star due to payment process (SagePay I think) telling me my card had been declined by 2 different banks which was not the case. Had to use PayPal option.”

“Very excited about the prospect of my purchase - but a little disappointed when it arrived, as the only font easy enough to read are the headlines. Maybe it’s my mistake but I thought my Dad would be able to read the stories and not just the headlines - he will need a magnifier do t know whether this will put him off - will have to wait and see.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer was disappointed with the newspaper books. We do appreciate that the writing is small and may be difficult to read. They are designed to look like the original newspaper and be shared as a reminiscence aid. We do have a 30 day returns policy, so the books can be returned for a refund if they are unsuitable.

“A 5* product if you’re looking for a heavy dish that gives the impression it’s sturdy porcelain. However for us it’s a bit too heavy for someone with limited strength in their hands and we were hoping for something lighter.”

The dignity crockery range is constructed from light, but hard-wearing & long lasting Melamine. We try to give as much information on the product page along with the product specifications, which includes the weight. “I bought this for my mother who is suffering with dementia . She adores it and it calms her and also brings great relief to her when she is stressed . I had read the reviews from other people who had found this to be an amazing gift for their parent suffering from dementia It is something that would be loved by all ages young or old . I think it is wonderful and wish I had bought it ages ago . Super fast delivery (within two days which was incredible) . Thank you so much , this gift has certainly helped my mother .”
