“With the motion sensor set up to detect motion outside the room, the 'pager' part wakes me (set on vibrate) every time my 'cared for' person leaves the room. Couldn't be better - does what it says on the tin!”

“In my experience, this company is UNIQUE. My ordered item arrived in the post when it should. I had a little "bother" with the item and after a few days decided to return, which I did. I was then credited with the full amount back that I paid within 24 hours and this is the part that puts the ethos of this company into star rating. I was then sent by post the full cost of returning the ordered item. which I was absolutely gobsmacked to receive. Tom and your colleagues I salute you. Talk about renewing one's faith in people. You did that for me. I wish you and your company ongoing success for the future.”

“We have bought a day and night clock for my Mum and were hopeful it would help her but sadly it's been put together wrongly and the light blue and dark blue areas of the clock aren't correct. I will have to return it - and will happily write a positive review if the problem is rectified quite quickly and we have a clock which is right.”
