“Lots of information given over the telephone about the door alarm and was also informed that if it was unsuitable it could be returned. Arrived very promptly and has been installed, so now up and running. Only negative comment I would make is that it did seem very expensive for what it was, but as my husband has Alzheimer's I decided to use the products on their website.”

“Before I ever received my clock I was very impressed by AlzProducts' customer service, as I had made an error when ordering online and had ordered my clock twice. The problem was very quickly and courteously sorted out. I received my clock the following day as promised and was really pleased to find that it was so easy to plug in and use. The clock is for my 92 year old mother who has just been admitted to a care home and has been finding it difficult to remember the date and time. She is delighted with it as the text is clear and she can also see the time during the night without having to grope for the light switch. When I was searching for a clock with a date I did find other products, but none had such plain, clear lettering and numerals. Worth every penny.”

“Description of product and photo excellent on website. Easy to order online. Kept informed of order status by email. Product arrived day before it was due. Instructions simple. When setting photo buttons I misread instructions and rang help desk. Quick answer. Very helpful help desk operator who rang me back on my mobile and talked me through the process. Excellent service. Very pleased with the product. Took phone to Mum who decided she didn't recognise the photos!! - very annoying as I had gone through photo album day before and she recognised everyone. I then labelled the photos and she decided she couldn't read them. I just told her to press any of the buttons and speak to whoever and they would contact me. Alzheimer dimentia is an awful disease. N”

“The calendar clock I bought for my 89 year old father is just exactly what we needed. He doesn't have Alzheimers but he does get very confused about the days of the week and month. Especially in winter. It was very easy to set up - you just plug it in - a convenient size and is clear and easy to read. Whether he remembers to look at it is another matter ... but the carers like it! It came very quickly and I am very impressed with the service.”
