“I bought this for my dad who has dementia. I was struggling to think of a suitable gift for his 80th birthday and then I found alzproducts. He is a fiddler and tends to pull at clothing and trace patterns in things with his finger. Even if he just sits with it on his lap, at least it will keep him warmer (he tends to get quite cold sitting all day). it appears very well made and with the photo pockets will be a good place to put pictures and other memory simulators.”

“I purchased a one button DAB Radio for my mother who is 91 and partially sited. Previously she had trouble switching her old radio on and tuning it. I set the new one to her favourite station and now she can listen to it whenever she wishes. Simple to use. Great buy.”

“A must for dementia patients who have lost the ability to use numbers. Simple well designed phone that can be programmed simply with 4 numbers. Each memorised number is activated with a single large button that can facilitate a photo of the person they are ringing. Additionally the dial pad can be blocked off to prevent wrong numbers being dialled. Loud volume and ring controls facilitates people with hearing lose.”

“I bought this product for my auntie who is in the later stages of dementia. I had hoped that this would give her a boost and bring a little happiness in to her day, thankfully it is everything I hoped for. I couldn’t recommend this product enough. “Simple music player received quickly and worked as advertised. A shuffle mode would be good and the product would be even better if it could be used on internal batteries like many Bluetooth speakers. This would allow my dad to use the player where he sits rather than where can be plugged in.”

“Hello. my father has early onset dementia (2years) although his memory eludes him, he is far from stupid. I how ever am and hated having to work out how to change channels from the side of his tv and break our backs in the process. His carer set it up so I don't know easy it is to do but I would seriously recommend this product, even if you don't have dementia. he just has to remember to use it now.”

“My 96 year old Grandma doesn’t have alzheimers but she can’t see very well and she is understandably rubbish at technology. This is the best Christmas present I will give or receive this year. She could only listen to the radio, but this music system has given her choice and made her a little independent while listening to songs that make her eyes shine with the memories. Easy to load and easy for her to work. Perfect!”
