We're sorry to hear our customer has not received their order. We have given our customer the tracking information, as the order was delivered within 3 days of ordering. If they aren't able to locate the parcel we've requested they get back in touch so we can get this resolved for them. We do provide full tracking information with all of our orders and rarely experience any issues with delivery but are happy to help when problems do occur.

“Good quality product. Comes with the things mentioned in the website. It will be much appreciated if they can include a comb for the pet and customised name tag as well. Otherwise I’m so happy and the delivery was so quicker than I expected. The packing was also very good.”

“I bought this product for my aunt who used to own a King Charles Spaniel but she now has Alzheimers. She seems to be quite content with her new dog but I personally was slightly disappointed with it as the body is very firm and isn't as cuddly as I thought it would be although the fur is very soft to stroke. Also, there is no 'on/off' switch so the product is 'breathing' 24 hours a day & I am concerned just how long the battery will actually last even though the manufacturer insists it will last approx. 3 months - time will tell .......”
