“Bought this item for my mum who has dementia. She loves it, although is aware it's not real. Loves the fact that it looks like it's breathing. Downside as mentioned on other reviews, no off button. Not a problem though. For the price, worth it, all her carers love it too.”

“The cards were not as expected . They were described as category snap cards, which turned out not to be snap cards in the old fashioned sense . It turns out a lorry and a car are snap as they are both vehicles etc . Too difficult a concept for someone with late onset of dementia . I would have to purchase another set of cards to play snap in the true sense . A little disappointed .”

“It is now the 18th January and I am still awaiting delivery of my Memory Calendar”

We're very sorry that our customer was still awaiting delivery of their memory calendar. This was a preorder that was late due to a delayed delivery from the publisher. We usually update customers whenever there is a change to their estimated delivery date however we can confirm that this wasn't done on this occasion and offer our apologies to our customer. “It is very good and helps my wife to remember the day / month and time. like someone else has said it would be better still if it automatically corrected GMT / BST time. My only other comment would be if the dimmer period time could be changed”
