“Great product to help an elderly relative who was struggling to navigate two remotes (sky/tv). Set up took some time as instructions could be better (took a while to realise you had to put sky channel numbers in ie 101 bbc, 102 bbc etc). Would recommend!”

“This is a beautiful book. I ordered a copy for a friend who has Alzheimers. I found it so deligutful that l have since ordered a copy for myself. “Simple to use. Quite easy to set up. Works really well on most sky channels. But there are a couple of snags. 1. Occasionally, the sky top box doesn't receive all of the channel number (instead of getting 301 it might only get 31). This sends everything into confusion so I'm trying to figure out if this is a battery problem or a problem with my Flipper. 2. The unit doesn't really work on sky film channels because under ofcom rules many films require a PIN and this really messes with the Flipper operation.”
