“Order was processed efficiently. Think the product was expensive for what it is.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer was unhappy with the price of the product. The product in question was a remote control that we are currently offering at £2 below RRP and also currently at the lowest price we can find online, although we do appreciate that this particular remote control can be more expensive than standard remote controls that are available. We do always try to remain price competitive and are always adjusting our prices to ensure our customers receive the best prices available.

“I previously bought two for my elderly mother in law for her bedroom and kitchen because she was increasingly confused about the time and day of the week. She was really pleased with them and I have now bought one for my husband and me. The clock comes set up, you just pull the plastic stand out so it stands upright and plug it in. The information on the screen is clear. When you need to change the time or format it is easily done via a menu button on the back. Altogether, a very useful product.”

“I ordered a Calico cat as my mum has dementia and has always had cats as pets until recently. She loves this and fell asleep stroking it. She fiddles a lot so having something to do with her hands is a bonus. Was delivered on time and no fuss with tracking. Recommended 🤗”

“This radio is fantastic. My mother is nearly blind & is 101 years old. She also has severe short term memory loss so cannot remember complicated instructions on how to operate things. We took her TV away as she couldn’t see it & the remote was frustrating her. I have set the radio to classic FM & she loves it. It had transformed her life. She is in a care home so we aren’t there 100% of the time to help. Thank you it’s a marvellous invention.”
