“Great service and product, the Flipper arrived quicker than expected and is a brilliant aid for my dad who has Alzheimer's. I had it out the packaging and up and running on his lounge tv within 10 minutes and out of curiosity I tried it on the kitchen tv and it worked straight away. Brilliant, thank you”

“Bought for my father-in-law for Christmas, who has Alzheimer's. At first we thought this was an expensive item & we didn't really know how he would cope or react to it, but we soon realised this was the best buy ever. Just to see his interaction with it, his feet & hands tapping away to the music which indeed far out way's the cost.”

“We bought this for my dad, as he kept forgetting to take his medication. It's good, he says it has a good loud alarm and you can set it for up to 4 reminders a day. My only issue with it is that after following the instructions carefully, we still couldn't record our own message which would have been nicer for dad as apposed to a loud alarm noise, but apart from that it's doing the job nicely.”

“Brilliant product. Elderly relative with Dementia/Alzheimers . They find it so easy to simply press the button on the top. We preset the volume and station. Having the removeable cover makes life much simpler. Would highly recommend this product.”

“Works well at one level but haven’t been able to set up favourites. I am following videos and instructions but for example when I set 1,2,3,10 and 20 it darts from 1 to 3 then 2 then 21 then 31 so that aspect useless!”

“This is a great tv remote and can be programmed very easily. If you don’t want one of the buttons to do anything, such as the AV, then don’t programme that button and it won’t do anything when pressed. The only down side to this is having enough strength in your fingers to press the buttons. They are not hard to press generally but my uncle couldn’t press hard enough to make it work as he’s got a poor grip. Maybe if it’s pressed a few times it’ll become easier.”

“The product arrived in good time and in good condition. The instructions were reasonably easy to follow, you just need to take time to read them. We are using this product for my mother, who's dementia has gotten worse over the last 3 months. We are just waiting to see if she can manage this product, it may be a good idea for others to think about obtaining gadgets etc in the first stages so that the person needing these can get used to changes.”
