“I tried to order on line but the website seemed faulty and was unable to do so. I then attempted to order over the phone but was informed that there was no-one to take my order but would return my call a s a p. This happened the following morning and I missed the call. When I called later the person I spoke to couldn't supply details of delivery options and arranged for someone else to call back later. However, in the end, everything went very smoothly and I received my order the next day. Furthermore , I would like to emphasise that I really appreciate the fact that this firm exists to sell such good quality products. Just had the best night's sleep for ages. The ADMS dust mite spray is excellent!”

“The only problem I had was obtaining help when I uses the phone or the online provision. The phone went directly to 'leave a message' when I was expecting to speaking to a person. And, for some reason, I could not get through the online provision. However the item I ordered was delivered promptly. I will be quite happy to place further orders but hope help will be available if I require it. Regards Dennis Fry”

“Products arrived quickly, however was wrong size bottle - I emailed and within minutes received a phone call apologising and the promise of the correct size which arrived the next day, so can't fault their customer service, just there order processing!”
