I tried to order on line but the website seemed faulty and was unable to do so. I then attempted to order over the phone but was informed that there was no-one to take my order but would return my call a s a p. This happened the following morning and I missed the call. When I called later the person I spoke to couldn't supply details of delivery options and arranged for someone else to call back later. However, in the end, everything went very smoothly and I received my order the next day. Furthermore , I would like to emphasise that I really appreciate the fact that this firm exists to sell such good quality products. Just had the best night's sleep for ages. The ADMS dust mite spray is excellent!
