“Very prompt response to enquiry from the initial enquiry to delivery was 48 hours. Informative and honest sale, quick dispatch. We would have given very good, however post sale communication stopped which was a shame. You do get what you pay for and the machine is fantastic.”

“My partner suffers from dust allergy and I wanted to try and make things a bit better for her so I bought this product to try and help and so far it has been a very good. The only negative is the spray bottle had to decanted into another spray bottle as the spray would not work and also leaked around the cap. This is not a fault of the allergy product but was just a pain.”

“Would be 5* but on this occasion the website was playing up; it's since been fixed. I had to order by telephone but this was no problem as the order was dealt with in the usual efficient manner. Goods arrived next day as promised. Apart from the (temporary) web glitch I really can't fault the service.”

“I tried to order on line but the website seemed faulty and was unable to do so. I then attempted to order over the phone but was informed that there was no-one to take my order but would return my call a s a p. This happened the following morning and I missed the call. When I called later the person I spoke to couldn't supply details of delivery options and arranged for someone else to call back later. However, in the end, everything went very smoothly and I received my order the next day. Furthermore , I would like to emphasise that I really appreciate the fact that this firm exists to sell such good quality products. Just had the best night's sleep for ages. The ADMS dust mite spray is excellent!”

“The unit arrived promptly and looks very handsome. The control is very easy and smart. The air purifier really cleans the air in my small bedroom and I seem to sleep better as a result of this. The low setting if perfectly quiet enough not to disturb my sleep. It seems to be a very sensible buy and a good solution of obtaining better air quality.”

“The only problem I had was obtaining help when I uses the phone or the online provision. The phone went directly to 'leave a message' when I was expecting to speaking to a person. And, for some reason, I could not get through the online provision. However the item I ordered was delivered promptly.
