“The best website for those concerned about air quality. Unique and fully tested products from brands specifically chosen for their effectiveness in air monitering, and removal of polutants dangerous to health. Brands which are world-wide known for their quality of products and service. I have used Allergy Cosmos for several years, and have always found the service to be excellent.”

“Im well past retirement age and ordered a new IQAir filter. I received excellent online service with prompt delivery. Instructions to fit and reset the filter calculator were included and easy to follow. Thankyou.”

“So far so good! I have just started using the Allergen laundry washing liquid, and pleased with the subtle fresh smell. So far I have not suffered sneezing bouts after wearing clothes washed in this product, which I used to when using alternative washing powders. A great result!”

“a) Was promised £5 if I wrote a review of Allergy Comos...this has not been fulfilled b) Just trying to log in and buy a product and just ended up in a never-ending 'I am not a robot' feedback loops c) Business Tip....if you want customers to buy your product...THEY NEED TO BE ABLE TO LOG IN!!!!!”

“bought two top of the range air filters, but they were not suitable for us. Impossible to return unwanted product even if within 2 days of receiving them. They keep saying that we are not eligible for any refund after opening the box. Return policy breaches UK regulation. Will be escalating to Trading Standards.”

Dear Mr and Mrs Nikulin, We completely understand your frustration and sympathise with your situation, which is why we have always offered advice and support from the moment you contacted us about the issue you were having with your air purifiers. Although we offer a 30 day hassle-free return policy, this does not apply to our air purifiers, nor air purifier replacement filters. The reason for this is that our air purifiers are more often than not used in the most sensitive environments rendering them unsuitable and unhygienic for reuse in any other environment. So with this in mind, we always encourage our customers to get in touch beforehand if they’re in any way unsure about the suitability or performance of an air purifier in their home. We’ll be more than happy to explain and go through all aspects of the air purifier and also air purification in general until you feel completely comfortable with your purchase.
