The only problem I had was obtaining help when I uses the phone or the online provision. The phone went directly to 'leave a message' when I was expecting to speaking to a person. And, for some reason, I could not get through the online provision. However the item I ordered was delivered promptly. I will be quite happy to place further orders but hope help will be available if I require it.
