“It's amazing that someone picked up the call during a holiday. However, the staff could only take the records of the callers, but not really provided the support. Also, after I have received the machine, it really took me time to figure how to install. It would be much if clearer instructions have been given.”

“I’ve been using this smoke purifier for the last two and a half years, and honestly, it has been a lifesaver. We have a neighbour who smokes constantly, and unfortunately the smell often comes into our apartment, especially into our bedroom. It used to be really unpleasant and made it difficult to keep the room fresh. We started keeping this purifier in the bedroom, and it really does the job. It helps to reduce the smoke smell significantly and makes the air much more comfortable to breathe. We keep it running whenever the smoke smell becomes noticeable, and it has made a big difference for us. After using it regularly for two and a half years, I can definitely say that it has been worth the money. If you’re dealing with unwanted cigarette smoke or unpleasant odours coming into your home, I would definitely recommend giving this purifier a try.”

“I bought the IQ Air 250 from Allergy Cosmos around 2 years ago and I've had no issues with it at all. The replacement filters are easy to order online and they arrive the next day. I've not had to deal with their customer service team but if it's as good as their products then that should be great to.”

“I have been ordering my filters for my BlueAir511 air filter through Allergy Cosmos for a while now. Ordering is easy, fast delivery and the quality of the filter replacement is fabulous. “I came across Allergy Cosmos, when searching for an IQAir dealer. I had been interested in the HealthPro 250, but I was also considering the Atem X. I spoke to Jayson Cook, who gave me a thorough explanation of the technical differences between the two models, their application in my particular setting, the cost of filters, and a comparison with the other main brand they sell. He was not pushy at all, and gave the immediate impression of someone with excellent knowledge of this subject, and whose advice one could trust. I decided to purchase the Atem X, which arrived the following day, in an extremely robust manufacturer's box, which had a couple of handles to turn on the outside, so as to be able to release it, which I think were to prevent movement in transit. I recommend this company without hesitation.”
