“Unfortunately this product hasn’t worked for me. I bought it to remove pet allergens from clothes but it wasn’t effective even after 2 washes. Perhaps it will work for others with other allergies than cats and dogs but for me unfortunately it didn’t help.”

Managing pet allergies often requires a broader approach, with several measures working together to reduce exposure. Pet allergens can collect on clothing, bedding, carpets and upholstered furniture. This means that washing clothes alone may not provide noticeable relief if you are still encountering allergens elsewhere in your home. Clean clothing can also pick up allergens again through contact with contaminated surfaces. For this reason, it can help to combine regular laundering with measures such as cleaning soft furnishings, washing pet bedding and keeping pets out of the bedroom. The aim is to reduce your overall exposure as much as reasonably possible. Some people are also sensitive to more than one allergen, so other triggers may contribute to ongoing symptoms. “It's amazing that someone picked up the call during a holiday. However, the staff could only take the records of the callers, but not really provided the support. Also, after I have received the machine, it really took me time to figure how to install. It would be much if clearer instructions have been given.”

“I’ve been using this smoke purifier for the last two and a half years, and honestly, it has been a lifesaver. We have a neighbour who smokes constantly, and unfortunately the smell often comes into our apartment, especially into our bedroom. It used to be really unpleasant and made it difficult to keep the room fresh. We started keeping this purifier in the bedroom, and it really does the job. It helps to reduce the smoke smell significantly and makes the air much more comfortable to breathe. We keep it running whenever the smoke smell becomes noticeable, and it has made a big difference for us. After using it regularly for two and a half years, I can definitely say that it has been worth the money. If you’re dealing with unwanted cigarette smoke or unpleasant odours coming into your home, I would definitely recommend giving this purifier a try.”

“I bought the IQ Air 250 from Allergy Cosmos around 2 years ago and I've had no issues with it at all. The replacement filters are easy to order online and they arrive the next day. I've not had to deal with their customer service team but if it's as good as their products then that should be great to.”
