“I was tested allergy for dogs level 3 and was very upset as I have two dogs in my house and they our family members. I start looking for something what can help me with my allergy, and found shampoo allergysearch pets+ and was surprised that it works. I wash my dogs once per 3 weeks and I stop sneezing, and all allergy symptoms away. Now I know that this product I will be buy again and again 😁”

“Was hesitant to purchase re size of product but because my allergy was so bad I went ahead… then I realised you only needed to use half a capful for a full wash & was amazed how many washes this gave me. This is the only product I used that helped when I had a really bad allergy reaction after a ‘spring clean’ back in January 2025 which apparently was caused by dust & pet dander. Amazing products ! I will definitely be buying again !”

“I needed some advice about an issue I had that may require an air purifier. I called them and they were really knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy with sales but actually seemed bothered about giving best advice. Sign of a good company and one I’ll return to and recommend.”

“They sell a hypoallergenic carpet cleaner that works well for households with dogs prone to skin allergies (like my doggie). After a few cleanings, I didn’t notice any allergic reactions caused by acarpet allergens. It doesn’t leave stains, but results may vary case by case an your house might be different. Delivery was good and everything arrived on time.”

“Hi, your air purifier is great, but there are some nuances, it arrived to me in terrible condition, the back of the purifier was dirty and scratched, there was also a lot of dust inside, so I can't be sure that the filters were replaced with new ones, it's a shame that your employees didn't make an effort to ensure that the purifier arrived to me in a nice clean and undamaged condition.”

I would like to reassure you that the filters supplied with your unit were brand new. The unit you purchased was a Grade B ex-display model. This means it may show signs of prior handling, including scuffs or scratches, which would explain the cosmetic condition you have described. That said, we are sorry that the unit was not cleaned to the standard it should have been before dispatch. We will address this with our team.
