Very informative prior to purchasing but no customer support offered after item was bought which was disappointing as this is when assistance was mostly needed

Did not arrive. Despite not needing a signature, DPD in their infinite wisdom delivered to my local post office, which is only open while I'm at work. Allergy cosmos refunded the item but not the postage.

Hi Rory, As per our email to you following your initial contact with us, we're really sorry to hear of the issue you've had with this order. There is normally an option through the tracking number to instruct the driver to leave parcels in a safe space so we have contacted DPD to confirm whether this option was made available on this occasion. The machine is fine but getting connected to the app and this is why I bought this machine it’s terrible now I’m looking at the reviews what I should’ve done before I bought this machine unbelievable the hours I’m taking to try to connect and still not I want my money back
