Belt was very nice once I received it, however your dispatch and delivery is one of the slowest I’ve ever known, from ordering the belt to receiving it was 10 days, pretty disappointing really and will not order again as other companies are much quicker.

When I ordered, the item was showing as eligible for next day delivery. There was no option in the checkout so I asked on the online chat what to do, I was informed to checkout and it would automatically go as a next day delivery. 3 days later, still no parcel and no tracking. Called and was told the online chat is a robot and it is broken, so be careful if you need speedy delivery. This was a late present in the end, but happy with the item and the price

There are many items that are diverse and not on other Internet sites. It is good that you can check the size of each brand and there are many pictures.

I can not fault the efficiency of A Farley they have always been helpful and send purchased items to their courier in a timely fashion. HOWEVER, as they use DPD Local, these couriers NEVER get the items to me on time, especially if the delivery is to be at approximately 4pm onwards. After purchasing something 6 days ago I am STILL awaiting DPD to deliver. Absolute incompetence.

My shipment was delayed over a week, when chasing it up I always got a good customer service. Unfortunately my Ariat boots should have come with a free water bottle but mine didn’t but I think this is because it came direct from the supplier or could be in the post from A Farley country attire.

They were slow to despatch the Meyers trousers, taking well over a week for them to arrive, and I was disappointed that the trousers were poorly packed, just in a plastic bag, and so they arrived creased. The colour of them was also darker than I anticipated from the photos online, but they included no instructions on how to return items.

Delivery to long this day and age it can be next day delivery if I was ordering items for my holidays I wouldn't receive them until I got back

|Re: ORDER #142998. The boots look good - thanks. But the free boot bag is missing. In place of "wooden shoe trees" (which i did not order) i have been sent a £10 voucher - which won't cover the cost the Chameau Boot bag on your website - costing £34.95. I am very happy to wait for the boot bag to come back into stock. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of trousers online without noticing the '4-7 WORKING days' for delivery. 2 weeks in all to receive my items. I received the trousers and everything was good with no other issues, however I would not use this company again due to the dispatch times.

We do offer 3 delivery time frames, depending on the product ordered. We have many items available on the next working day delivery service, and many items on our 3 - 5 working day delivery time frame. I am quite disappointed. I ordered a barbour coat and was informed on the web site that delivery would be in 8 working days on the website, this was however wrong and when I enquired delivery would take place in 10 working days. Then I received a furhter email stating that re-stocking from Barbour was delayed and my coat would not be with me until around the beginning of May. When the beginning of May arrived and I had not received my coat I sent a further email stating that I had not received any further updates regarding delivery, to which a day later I received a notification stating my delivery was on its way but no email apologising for the delay. The whole process from ordering to delivery took over a month. In my opinion not good customer service.

Boots are small for size, make sure you go a size up! Also returns over £100 is NOT free o charge as stated on their policy!!

The product I received was really nice, however the box my wellies came in was battered and looked like it had already been used, other than this the product was amazing and it came with a freebie aswell, which was a lovely touch

I purchased a pair of chameau boots for my husband’s birthday. Unfortunately they were to big so I needed to return them for a smaller size. I thought that this would be simpler process Return the boots and then once Farley Country Attire had received them they would forward the correct size. Unfortunately this is not what happened. The boots were returned and I now have to wait for my money back in order to replace my order. This has now been 7 working days since the boots were received into Farley and I still do not have my money back I so want to purchase the right size for my husband and this is taking so long

Excellent item, but Farley's claim to provide fast delivery turns out not to be true. In comparison with my experiences with almost any other on-line business, they are far too leisurely, and answers to telephone enquiries about the status of the order are verging on the dishonest. The first 2 phone calls were met with the '9 working days' rule. It was only on the 3rd inquiry that the truth came out, namely that the warehouse was out of stock and delivery from Germany was to be awaited. The eventual transfer into the hands of the courier was over 7 days after money had been transferred into Farley's bank account. Very nice for them, but extremely irritating to the customer. Money should be transferred only when the item is dispatched.

Good product at a good price however I thought the delivery time stated was delivery next day, a bit misleading in my opinion.
