Due to item being out of stock delivery took 18 days !! I was not informed item was out of stock or had any notification from yourselves until I made repeated queries online

I dislike giving less than brilliant reviews, but my order was delivered 2 weeks after the longest estimate of 2 to 5 working days at the point of order. I have given 3 stars for the ease of ordering a d the apology given by A Farley for the delays.

Product is very good and very pleased that there is a range of leg length as so many trousers are too long. Delivery was lengthy, when you are spending this amount of money on a small package, one would assume faster delivery.

Easy to shop, delivery took longer than expected. Returns another story. Can speak to AI but not always helpful, am waiting for directions on returning items which has not been straightforward, also cost to return £8.00! Would actually put me off shopping there in future!

The return charge is in place because we use DPD, a premium courier, which covers the cost of insurance in case anything were to get lost in transit. This is designed to protect you and ensure your items are safely returned to us. Each time I have ordered online I have had to follow up on the delivery. I am currently waiting for an order that was placed 10 working days ago. Previous calls have been politely received and action taken however on this occasion 2 calls promised return calls and they have not happened. Disappointed

No email acknowledgement of order, order very slow to arrive, rang your company who said the order was ready to be dispatched & would be with me in a couple of days (I asked the team member to email me confirming this who said ‘of course’ -no such email arrived). Order then arrived days later. Awful C.service

Great clothes and well made with the means to last, but I received a different pair of trousers that were not the same as I had ordered, with the label ripped off so I suspect I was not supposed to notice the difference!! Suffice to say I’m keeping these but am not confident in ordering the actual original ones again. I went to the return sight and couldn’t be bothered to go through the protocol in returning!

Very complex to get a returns label required at least 2 calls to resolve. Returns instructions not easy to follow. Account number email address and phone no regognised on completing on line form. The trousers looked good online but the fit was poor very low waisted dissaponting.

Order delayed due to stock shortage. On receipt one shoe was found to be faulty, A Farley have agreed to replace the shoes, just annoying especially when bought as a present.

Too long dispatch time and wait for delivery. From purchase to delivery more than week to wait when advert says “next day dispatch”. No response to my emails has been received. Had to call to “customer service team” which wasn’t helpful. Finally received damaged boxes, with removed original labels. Looks like returned items have been sent to me.

Not all items are eligible for next day dispatch, and at checkout you would have been advised a 2–5 working day delivery window — your order was delivered on the 4th working day. You emailed us on the 28th of July and Oliver from our customer service team responded with an update, so we’re sorry if this didn’t reach you. Ordering was easy. I found that I had no communication from farley - no conformation email, no order update. I only knew it was going through as money went from bank! However, when I rang farley the lady I spoke to was lovely and sent me an email etc straight away. Item when it arrived was great!!!

It took longer than expected to receive my order. The details said 4 to 7 days, fair enough. But when I enquired as to the status of my order I was politely told not to worry, it would be with me by the 7th day, which it duly was. My point is, if you have no intention of dispatching until 5 or 6 days after order don’t state 4 to 7 days. Be honest and say it’ll be 7 days then if it arrives earlier it’s a bonus!

the item hasn't turned up yet. i ordered on 23rd July and heard nothing from Farley so rang this afternoon 29th July. spoke to lovely helpful girl who tells me it is being processed in the warehouse and will be with me by Friday. within 5 minutes i have had a conformation email come through!! so fingers crossed!!
