My product was good but unfortunately too big. However the return process is proving to be pretty poor. I paid for a DPD return on Thursday and have yet to receive any confirmation when the payment has been taken. Then a member of your staff has failed to get back to me today. This is disappointing and sadly means I’m put off buying a product from you again.

Not really a good experience. I ordered a satin silk self tie bow tie, but I received a 100% polyester tie, without notification. I called and was told it was a mistake, but they had no silk ties in stock. I was offered a discount to keep the polyester tie and offered a full refund if the tie was returned. Due to time constraints I had to order from another seller, but will return the polyester tie to A Farley.

Delay in delivery so clearly they acquire stock after taking orders. I purchased some Meyer trousers which usually come in a Meyer box but from Farley came simply in a grey plastic delivery bad without any delivery note, nit even their own plastic bag . So one has to wonder how Farley source the merchandise and are they in fact seconds.

A farley were very slow to dispatch my order as it took 8 working days. Throughout the time waiting for the order to dispatch I emailed customer service three times asking when it would be sent to me, I received the same answer each time “it is due to be with you in two days” the first two times this was not true and it did not arrive, then the after the third email they sneakily sent out my order on next day delivery to attempt to get it to me on time - which it didn’t. Ended up ordering the product from somewhere else so I would receive it in time and returned my A Farley order.

Products eventually arrived but only after chasing three times for an update. It was not clear at the point of purchase that a particular items wasn’t in stock and that the entire order would be delayed until it arrived. Only after calling did they offer to send out two separate shipments.

Was waiting on the wellies for 12 days was told 3-5 days I needed them for unexpected work but they were late arriving so job done before they arrived The app that you use is called SHOP absolute rubbish just tries to sell you things never did find parcel tracking so have deleted thecapp

All went well until the delivery company, DPD, left the package at the wrong address. I am accused of giving the wrong address but that is nonsense. I eventually tracked the package down and without the help of Farley or DPD recovered it. Whilst the staff at farley were polite and courteous they did nothing to find the parcel.

Ordered some boots on 23/04/24 for first working day delivery they did not arrive when I contacted them I was told that they were out of stock and they would not be in stock until the middle of the following week, and that I should have received an email, which I had not. The boots arrived on 04/05/24. They did not look like new stock they were in a battered box which had obviously been previously opened the boots were not wrapped and packed as you would expect a new pair to be I suspected they were previously on display or perhaps a return certainly not new stock.

Placed an order for my wifes birthday, delivery is shown as 2 to 5 buisness days. After no notification on day 4 that the item had shipped I sent customer service an message asking for an update. I recieved no response from the retailer however got a mail from the courier within a short while of my message stating they were expecting my parcel. Clearly A.Farley had failed to process the order until I contacted them requesting an update. This resulted in the item not arriving in time for my wife's birthday. Also no response from the retailer to aknowledge my my request for an update, or an apology foor failing to proocess the order within the specified timeframe. Extremly dissapointing service.

It took over a month to deliver my shoes. There was some communication but really not enough. I'm not sure why they have an item on there web site when it's not available.

ordered 2 items,took my money, it said next day delivery. Howerver 3 weeks later after emailing them the order finally arrived however one of the items was no longer available and they refunded me. I think they just misslaid my order!!

What can I say, the web site was great experience. Straightforward and simple. Payment taken swiftly and then I waited. Next day delivery to your door the web site said. After two days contacted Farley Country, told the Oder not processed yet, it be done soon. Two days later, in formed by the courier to collect from the local co-op. So, 6 days from placing the order to me having to cancel levy the goods. Poor customer experience Missed informed with Next day delivery displayed on the website and payment screen.

Ordered a pair of Harkila boots. Excellent product however very poor delivery service offered for such a premium product. Was no option for express delivery. Waited over a week with still no dispatch or update. Poor.
