“The item took over a week to be posted out and there was issues with stock however the staff were brilliant and very quick/helpful to sort out the issues. Item did arrive packaged well”

“Ordered a pair of size 13 ramber western boots for my sons 16th birthday, he is obsessed with these boots but its a surprise for him. When I ordered them I was a little worried as I didnt recieve my confirmation email soon as I emailed the customer service team they did not disappoint and answered pretty much within the hour. My confirmation email was sent and had my order number. Our size 13 arrived and was too big so panic mode hit me I didnt know what todo as I really need these boots for my sons 16th, so I emailed asking for advice and a lady names Freya turner helped me out amazingly, from helping me send back the 13s to ordering the last pair of 12 they had left she then took out of her time to sort and send straight away and I had them the next day and they fit perfectly. We had to blind fold our son so he couldn't see them.”

“Wonderful customer service. Thank you so much Freya for your very professional, very speedy and 100% efficient customer service. You were brilliant at resolving my problem and telephoned me at my request. Please keep this type of Service going. The chat bot is a nightmare to have to deal with. Many customers I’m sure would prefer to be able to speak to you personally so if possible, please keep that facility open for those that require it. But above all, thank you so much for such great customer service.”
