I purchased a handbag from Farley Country Attire. The only issue I had was, o had to chase the postage and it took a longer time to arrive, than advertised. This was a few weeks before Christmas, so I think it was forgotten about. Other than that, I’m happy with the contact I had with them.

I have purchased a number of items from A Farley and have never been disappointed. Customer service is first class. My latest purchase was a Harkila Logmar insulated hooded jacket. It has been used constantly over the Christmas and New Year period. It is my go to jacket when a lightweight insulating layer is required.

Pretty poor overall - despite my order being promised for delivery in 5-7 business days it took over two weeks for the order to actually ship. When it finally arrived it was incomplete which took another week or so to sort out. All in all 3+weeks (and 2 shipping and customs charges) for a few pairs of jeans. In hindsight should have ordered straight from the manufacturers site.

I was very disappointed to receive my item screwed up in a delivery bag with no internal packaging, labels or tags making it look like a second hand item. This meant I didn’t want to give it as a Christmas gift because it looked like something that had arrived from Vinted or EBay! Unfortunately had to return the item at my inconvenience and couldn’t be promised a replacement in better condition!

I need a different size of boot that I ordered for a Christmas present . Now I find not only that I can’t exchange them but I have to pay £10 to drive to a DPS return them and re order. AND the returns label isn’t available on your website so I have to wait to have them emailed to me - why? You haven’t been available since Christmas and now I’m 20th in a queue to speak to a customer services rep. I won’t be ordering from you again. It’s really very poor services indeed. Shocking.

Ordered some boots, took a week and a half to arrive, the fit was overly large (not their fault obviously), sent them an email asking how to return them, get a standardised reply say they’re busy and it’d take days to get back to me. After days of hearing nothing I called, the returns process is either a prepaid £10 DPD from their website or take your chances with your own courier. Not impressed.

Found the boots I wanted for a great price, ordered, delivered free within 24 hours, and assistance from Phoebe in customer services was outstanding. Will highly reccomend A.Farley in the future.

Every time I contacted Customer Services, A Farley Attire could not have been more helpful. I had to wait a short while for my Dubarry boots but with it being around Black Friday time this was the reason. I enquired of their whereabouts and was assured, by Phoebe, that they were arriving at A Farley within the next 24 to 48 hours and my boots would be sent express next day delivery as soon as they arrived. This was the case and I had my boots for the event that I had purchased them for. Thank you all. Very personal, professional service. Merry Christmas. Stephanie:)

Unfortunately had to return my lovely boots that were too small . Still waiting a refund to purchase a bigger pair , however , the waiting 10days for the refund is painful. Not everyone can afford to outlay for two pairs whilst waiting for a refund. BTW it's 10days tomorrow so are you going to meat the schedule? Am I ever getting new boots prior to Christmas.

always very good stock, fast delivery is needed, always delivered in good condition, very useful staff if any questions about products. would only buy RM williams stuff from A Farley.

I do love ordering from A Farley. It does quite a while to receive the orders but it’s well worth it. Good variety abd excellent point system! Will be ordering something today !
