“Although ordering on the website was very straightforward, I was somewhat disappointed with the lengthy delivery time for the product that I ordered. The terms did state 4-7 days delivery, however this is pretty standard on all retail websites, and despatch and delivery are generally much quicker than stated. When I chased the order I was advised that the product had been out of stock, so was a restock order. Unfortunately I wasn't advised of this and at the same time I was told that processing was slower as this was a family business. Not sure that's a great explanation for the length of time taken - surely being a family business things can be done much quicker than in larger, less wieldy organisations?”

“The only minor issue I ordered a pair of Harkila shorts socks and long socks turned up but the item was fine, delivery time on first item was good but had to wait for a while for the second item”

“I order a pair of Meyer chinos. It took 7 working days for the order to be fulfilled and then when I received them they were not as shown on the web site. I notified Farley and they sent me an apology and a free returns label and was told it could take up to 10 days for the refund to be made. I think the time it takes to fulfil the original order and the subsequent refund is excessive. It is also disappoiunting that the web site is not up to date with what is actually available.”
