“My daughter opened the parcel on her birthday, the box was all battered and just about held together with cellotape. When she opened it there were two completely different shoes inside! Disappointed was an understatement.”

“Fisrt time order from Farley Country attire. 2-5 days delivery. Not email communication regarding dispatch of order and it was approaching Day 5. Customer services very responsive when I first chased I was informed I should receive dispatch notification. Day 4 arrived , still no sign of the delivery so spoke to Customer Services againe. Within 20 minutes order dispatch notification arrived as did the product on Day 5. Not sure I will use Farley Country attire again as my usual supplier has a much more modern next day service.”
