“Great online county wear store”

“Customer service was not great, l called several times as my order had not arrived although the money was taken on the finel call a young lady refund me 25 pounds as she could see how long l had been waiting although she was lovely the order should not of been taken if the belt was not in stock as l only received my purchase after 4 plus calls to the company. My order was record late Christmas Eve and l do not think l would of got this if l had not called as many times.”

“I’ve been ordering from this company for many years, never had any problems until this year. My Son asked for one thing for Xmas, a pair of RM Williams boots. Ordered in plenty of time…received a phone call saying colour out of stock even though the website was saying available. Changed colour no big deal, was told order was on the way! I rang a few days before Xmas as I was getting nervous…I was once again told they were on the way! No sign, I rang AGAIN only this time I was told they were not in stock and never had been even though the website was still taking orders for them! Completely ruined Sons Christmas and I didn’t have time to get him another present as I put my faith in the very polite operative on the phone line! Not happy!”

“I bought these debarry boots for my daughter this Christmas, she was absolutely delighted, worth every penny to see her face lit up. Since Christmas Day she has worn them constantly and remarked how comfortable they are. Looking forward to purchasing a pair for myself.”

“Good range of items & a good, easy to navigate website, ordered a pair of boots at a good price, delivery however was woeful. I know it is a busy time of year (December) but emails get generic replies & took a week before the tracking information on the website even changed & it was best part 2 weeks before my order was delivered.”

“Meyer trousers do not seem up to usual qualty, material too heavy, no longer reference to organic cotton on a green label, the 'quintessential ( website word not mine) colourful lining replaced with boring payjamma stripe. I note that product now made in Moldova instead of neighboring Romania, could this explain some of the reason. A well known shirtmaker recently changed to making in China resulting in poor quality and fit but at the same high price, needless to say will shop elswhere. Perhaps I should change from Meyer to Bruhl in future.”

“Awful service. Wrong item sent. Was the only thing my son asked for for Christmas. Sent another one and premised it would be here for Christmas Day. Lied. Told me to keep the belt I was sent that doesn’t even fit him. Honestly worse service ever.”

“I’ve ordered from this A Farley before with no issues, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. My recent order for a pair of RM Williams boots took a long time to arrive, and communication from the store was poor throughout. Not knowing whether the order would arrive in time for Christmas was quite stressful, and updates were minimal despite the delay. The boots did eventually arrive but the lack of communication and long wait really took away from the experience. I hope this was a one-off, as I’ve had better service from them in the past, but this order fell short of expectations.”
