I was just about to e mail you. A lovely Dubarry Ibiza jacket however one of the zipper pullers is missing. Please can you forward one onto me. A great service actually buying the jacket though.

Excellent gear at a decent price. I really wish you would use royal mail as couriers are terrible. 10 days for a set of braces to arrive is way to long. I understand delivery states 7 working days but a small package such as this would arrive in 2 days with royal mail.

Ordered some Meyer trousers from Farley and some meyer shorts direct from Meyer for my holiday. Meyer direct items delivered within a week - Farley took 3 weeks (missed holiday)

Reference Order Number #185305. I have not yet received the goods, owing to the numerous shortcomings of DPD ( the delivery company). However, the Customer Service Department at A Farley Country Attire have been extremely helpful and I am expecting delivery of my goods very soon.

We’re so sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with your delivery — this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand your frustration. Please be assured that our customer service team were in touch with you on the 20th of June and immediately began an investigation with DPD to resolve the misdelivery. Unfortunately, this process can take up to 6 working days, as we have to follow their official procedure. I was really excited to place my order and was looking forward to receiving it. While the package did arrive on time, it unfortunately had a large tear in the outer packaging that went straight through to the shoebox, leaving the product exposed. The wellies themselves were slightly scuffed, but I was able to wipe them clean and they now look as good as new. I did reach out via email regarding the issue but never received a response. This lack of communication has made me hesitant to place another order.

A first time customer at A Farley. It can always leave us a bit anxious. Especially when facing great pricing, is it too good to be true etc. ? After speaking with Emmie @ Customer Service who did a fantastic job of helping me & answering all my questions. My new Yeti Ranchero bag was on its way & quickly followed up with a Yeti packing cube. 2 superb items from Yeti.
