“I was disappointed at first with the delivery time, I ordered a number of items which the website showed in stock. However It took 14 days to receive. However following some further discussions they have been very apologetic for the delays redeeming my faith in them. I will be ordering again as the product range and prices are excellent”

“Slow delivery on items unfortunately took the shine off what seemed like a good experience. Loyalty points are a great addition but left disappointed with the late delivery as I needed the item in the advertised timescale so had to source alternative product elsewhere.”

“I thought I had found a good retailer stocking some brands I like with my sizes available; and your people at the end of the phone were very courteous and took off the VAT as I don’t live on the mainland, however, your shipping times are hopeless - over 2 weeks! I made a second order 2 weeks ago thinking I’d receive my clothes in time for a holiday this week and I don’t believe they’ve even been shipped yet. I’ve now got to go to M&S to buy a load of T-shirts! This needs sorting”
