“I have just received my coat this morning only two days after placing my order.Super quick delivery. I am delighted with the garment having been slightly concerned it wouldn't be long enough as i am 6ft 1ins tal,the length is perfect as is the rest of the coat.It is very stylish and i can't wait to wear it.Delighted with my choice.Thank you.”

“Actually sent me wrong size boots…. Spoke with Louisa in customer service and honestly couldn’t be more helpful. Sent me a return slip and sending right size! Cannot fault customer service, absolutely brilliant.”

“Well all was well until when a week after placing the order for boots I had not had any communication and as my wife's birthday was only a week away I was starting to get concerned. So I sent an e mail asking for an estimate of delivery and got no reply. So the next day I sent another e mail and this time got a response saying I had been sent an e mail to which I had not replied the day after I placed the order saying the item was out of stock in the shop, and the warehouse had said they were awaiting delivery. It went on to say the estimate was another 2 to 3 weeks for delivery and I could have a refund if I wished. I have never received this first e mail! I therefore wrote back saying I required an immediate refund as I now had to find something else for my wife's birthday which was now just 5 days away. I then placed an order elsewhere for boots which I was able to collect the next day. My Farley order then arrived the day after that!! So I have now given my wife 2 pairs of boots so this saga has worked out well for her, not so well for me!”

“Very worried when I hadn’t received my boots within 3 to 5 days as agreed. Didn’t get any updates until I emailed to chase my order,and then was told they were just about to be dispatched . Recommend you keep customers updated if there is a supply problem. Very pleased when my boots eventually arrived.”

“I purchased women telluride zip boots which were advertised as water proof. On the second day of wearing I walk the dog through ankle length wet grass. The toe area of my socks was wet when I arrived home so therefore not waterproof. Comfortable boot but very disappointed That if fact these boots are NOT waterproof.”

“The item we ordered was very good quality and a perfect fit. We are very pleased with it. However, as they aren't a cheap pair of mens' trousers, we felt they were poorly package - just one piece of crumpled already used tissue paper within the plastic envelope and there was no returns label or receipt for the item.”

“Product was sent out snail mail. 9 days from order to delivery with no notifications n this day and age is poor. I’m not usually concerned by the speed it’s communication that’s frustrating.”
